1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days.
Most customers receive their order within 7–12 business days from the purchase date.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All dufsel orders ship free of charge, regardless of order size or destination.
3. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Unused and undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are also available.

4. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
In those cases, dufsel covers the return shipping cost.
5. How do I start a return?
Email info@dufsel.com with your order number and reason for the return.
We’ll provide the return instructions and the correct return address.
6. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 7 days to the original payment method.
